Data protection Switzerland

OT Vision attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of our customers. We would therefore like to explain to you how your data is collected, used and passed on. It is important to mention in advance that it is possible to use the website without providing personal data. If you would like to use special company services via one of the websites or the online shop, it may be necessary to process personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no legal basis for such processing, we generally obtain consent from the person concerned.

When processing personal data, such as the first and last name of the person concerned, the associated billing and delivery address and any telephone number and email address stored, the General Data Protection Regulation and the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to BeautyTec Swiss are observed. With the help of this data protection declaration, OT Vision would like to inform the public about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data. Furthermore, the data subjects are informed of the rights to which they are entitled with the help of this data protection declaration.

Even though OT Vision has taken a number of measures to ensure the most complete protection possible for personal data processed via this website, data transmissions that take place over the Internet can always contain gaps. Since absolute protection cannot be guaranteed, the data subjects can also send us their personal data via alternative means. This can be done by telephone, for example.
